In the past few decades, India has accumulated rich experience in global expansion, and gradually formed a consensus on the route of internationalization of enterprises, formed a perfect business model and supply chain, and has strong international competitiveness; At present, the overseas market has accounted for more than half of the total scale of its pharmaceutical business. In recent years, China's pharmaceutical reform and market opening have attracted the attention of Indian enterprises, and they regarded China market as the strategic development direction in the next few years.

Facing the complicated international political situation, the internationalization of pharmaceutical enterprises in China still faces both challenges and opportunities, and Indian enterprises have provided good experience for reference. In recent years, China has promoted the reform of pharmaceutical industry, promoted the consistency evaluation of drugs, successfully joined ICH and applied to join PIC/S. A series of measures have helped Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises' global expansion. It is also a good choice for enterprises to expand their global market by cooperating with pharmaceutical capital and building an overseas industrial ecology.
