Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Holds 2024 Annual Work Conference


On February 11, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group convened its 2024 Annual Work Conference. Members of the Group's leadership team, including Vice Chairman Zhang Wang, Directors Wang Dong and Jiang Kai, attended the meeting. Approximately 240 participants were present, including heads of the Group's functional departments, leadership teams of directly managed enterprises, principal leaders of key subsidiaries, representatives of outstanding teams, and employee representatives. The meeting was chaired by Zhao Wei, Vice President of the Group.


Address by Feng Huang, the Group Chairman


Feng Huang, Chairman of the Group, delivered a keynote address. With a series of vivid images, he led the attendees through a review of the Group's journey in 2024, which is commitment to innovation, unwavering focus on quality foundations, and persistent pursuit of scientific management. He then outlined several key requirements for the Group's development in 2025: First, we will fully implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the important instructions delivered by President Xi Jinping during his inspections of Shanghai and Tianjin. We will embrace the mindset of "taking action as the priority and striving for excellence" to actively cultivate new quality productive forces; Maintain high morale and enthusiasm, seize opportunities, and meet challenges head-on; Besides, we will taking market expansion as the Group’s driving force and empower development via technological innovation, exploring Tianjin Pharma's path toward Chinese-style modernization. Last but far from least, we will fulfill corporate social responsibilities, actively participate in public welfare initiatives, contribute to the Healthy China strategy, and steadfastly work towards a bright future for Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group.


Business Operation Work Report by Wang Lei, the Group President


Wang Lei, President of the Group, presented the Group's work plan and arrangements for 2025. She provided a detailed data-driven analysis of the competitive landscape and challenges faced by the Group, and introduced the Group's "1+6" work theme for 2025: "Taking brand leadership as the core, we will continuously advance marketing innovation, scientific research innovation, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, management innovation, organizational transformation, and cultural cohesion." Centered on this work theme, the report laid out specific mission objectives, detailed deployment, and concrete arrangements for the Group's operations in 2025, providing comprehensive guidance for the Group's business activities throughout the year.


The work report of the Party Committee by Pan Aping, Secretary of the Group Party Committee


Pan Aping, Secretary of the Group Party Committee, delivered the work report titledStrengthen Leadership through Unity and Solidarity, Demonstrate the Group's Capabilities by Pooling Resources for Development.The report reviewed the Party building work over the past year and outlined requirements for 2025: Closely aligning with the Group's operational objectives, resolutely implement the "12345" Party building approach, namely "Upholding one action guideline, focusing on two core missions, following three fundamental working principles, strengthening the building of four types of capabilities, and advancing five distinctive projects," to gather strength and support the Group's high-quality development through the practical effectiveness of high-quality Party building. The report detailed arrangements across six dimensions: deepening political guidance, organizational development, development synergy, cultural empowerment, vitality stimulation, and rigorous oversight. Secretary Pan proposed four key concepts for collective reflection—"strategic resolve, team synergy, innovation momentum, and institutional vitality"—to inspire all members. He called on all Party members and employees to embrace the responsibility and commitment embodied in the principles of "success does not require me to be personally credited" and "success will certainly involve my contribution," and to jointly write a brilliant chapter for the new era of Tianjin Pharma!

Annual Signing Ceremonies for Operations and Party Building  

The Conference also featured signing ceremonies for the Group's 2025 organizational performance agreements and Party building responsibility contracts. Responsible personnel from relevant enterprises and Party organizations solemnly signed commitments to spare no effort in achieving annual targets and ensuring the Group's strategic implementation takes root.
